Campus Representatives

The purpose of the CSU I-SPIE Representatives is to be the primary communicative body for their campus.

Objectives

• Make regular updates to the I-SPIE website for the campus which they represent.
• Reply to surveys on behalf of their campus.
• Vote on behalf of their campus.
• Be the primary communicating body for the campus which they represent.

Membership
The membership will be comprised of one (1) representative from each CSU ILL Unit. Each representative shall be the head of their respective office unless they delegate the duty to another member of their office. The chair of the representatives will be the head of the Steering Committee. Each representative must have respect for the different CSU campus missions, cultures, and needs.

This group is designated as non-meeting. Communication will occur via email and telephone when necessary.

CSU ILL Listserv
Any official communication* should be reviewed by the ILL Steering Committee prior to sending to the entire listserv.

*Official Communication is anything that involves CSU practice and procedures, updates or changes to official CSU documentation.
